Job Description
Conduct walk-throughs to ensure sanitation, food safety, and service standards, assign duties to staff, and supervise restaurant operations. Contribute to profitability through cost control methods, recruit and staff the restaurant, and perform daily administrative duties.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a restaurant manager
  • Strong knowledge of family restaurant management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Strong analytical, independent thinking, and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
