Role OverviewThe Coaching Sales Specialist is a primary driver of sales growth for the Practice Coaching team, working in close partnership with the Coaching Supervisor to manage and close inbound leads generated through discovery calls, Clarion Sales Specialist referrals, and automated pipeline channels.
What You Will Do
Serves as primary point of contact for inbound coaching leads, conducting timely discovery calls and managing prospects through the full sales cycle. Conducts discovery calls (30-60 minutes) with prospective customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate coaching programs and other cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or relevant field
- 1-3 years experience in dental operations, dental sales, or clinical dentistry
- Ability to travel 25%
