Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly personable Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in patient care, treatment acceptance, provider scheduling, and the continued growth of our dental offices.
What You Will Do
Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, educate patients about recommended dentistry, discuss treatment costs and insurance benefits, and follow up with patients to ensure treatment is completed.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to discuss significant treatment plans and financial commitments
- Persuasive without being overly aggressive or creating pressure
- Organized and able to coordinate multiple doctors and specialists
- Highly skilled at follow-up and closing outstanding treatment
- Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results
- Able to recognize opportunities and take initiative
- Comfortable being accountable for treatment acceptance and schedule performance
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with doctors, specialists, clinical teams, and office leadership
- Knowledgeable about dental terminology, procedures, insurance, and treatment planning
- Experienced in dental treatment coordination, case presentation, dental sales
