Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly personable Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in patient care, treatment acceptance, provider scheduling, and the continued growth of our dental offices.
What You Will Do
Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, educate patients about recommended dentistry, discuss treatment costs and insurance benefits, and follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment.

- Comfortable being accountable for treatment acceptance and schedule performance
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with doctors, specialists, clinical teams, and office leadership
- Knowledgeable about dental terminology, procedures, insurance, and treatment planning
- Experienced in dental treatment coordination, case presentation, and dental sales
