Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-approved dental institution
- Active Mississippi dental license or qualification post-graduation
- Up-to-date CPR and BLS credentials
- Background in clinical settings or private practice, whether entry-level or established
- Excellent skills in verbal and written professional interactions

- Initial-year salary assurance of $205,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher
