Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Prior dental recruitment experience
- Proven recruitment methods and strategies
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting tools/resources including social media
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
