Terminal Cleaning Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning subcontractor groups in the Denver Metro (and surrounding) area to join our team. Teams will be responsible for maintaining daily cleanliness and organization within medical facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. These contracts are 5 days per week in the evenings and having a team is important. English is not a requirement but it helps if the subcontractor supervisor speaks some English.
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, terminal cleaning, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your business and contribute to a professional and friendly workplace that values reliability, teamwork, and high standards of cleanliness.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize operating rooms, patient rooms, offices, restrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
- Replenish supplies and ensure all assigned areas are tidy and presentable
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow all health, safety, and infection-control procedures
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and efficient use
- Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene, management, and confidentiality standards
- Take and implement feedback quickly
- Maintain and inspect buildings regularly
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical, hotel, or hospitality housekeeping preferred
- Janitorial experience and familiarity with cleaning equipment a plus
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning duties
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
