Department Lead - Automotive

The Department Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the assigned department. They oversee a range of activities, including inventory management, recovery, price changes, and maintaining high standards of department cleanliness and merchandising. The Department Lead is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating price changes, and implementing playbook features and planogram sets. They also provide exceptional customer service and support at the front end.

What You Will Do

The Department Lead will be responsible for scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, price changes, planogram sets, department cleanliness, and adhering to the indoor merchandising guide. They will also monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, oversee the recovery process, and coordinate and execute price changes. Additionally, they will provide exceptional customer service, support at the front end, and participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.
