Job Description
The Department Manager - DC manages and supports assigned team members to achieve business and operational objectives in safety, accuracy, production, and inventory control in the Distribution Center (DC). This role provides work direction and timely information to both the team members and leadership to help ensure overall operational success.

Requirements

  • Establish and execute plans to meet operational and organizational objectives
  • Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Identify and resolve production and/or communication issues
  • Implement processes for accurate inventory processing and delivery
  • Assure team members work safely and address safety risks
  • Provide safety training and tools
  • Interview, onboard, and train team members
  • Build a positive culture and environment
  • Promptly address performance, attendance, behavior, and conduct issues
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties
