Department Manager ($10-20M) / Burkey Mall

Manages sales activities in assigned retail and/or mall services departments, ensuring departments are stocked, staffed, and meet sales goals and service standards.

Responsible for department-level execution of business strategies, ensuring stock replenishment, customer relations, and sales goals are met.

• 1 year of specialized experience in merchandise controls, inventory, stock record keeping, and reports, exempt or non-exempt supervisory experience, merchandise display, and retail promotions, or experience in customer relations
