Role OverviewAs a Department Manager, you'll be the leader supporting and encouraging your whole team, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll be responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include customer sales & profit, fashion & trend awareness, team & development, and retail operations/visual & commercial execution. You'll be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team, and ensuring customer service is provided in all areas of the store.
