Job Description
The Department Supervisor will support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store.

Requirements

  • Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store
  • Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
  • Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store
  • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers
  • Collaboration, planning & teamwork with in-store Visual Merchandiser team
  • Give & receive feedback with colleagues
  • Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
  • Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation
