Job Description
As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store.

Requirements

  • Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
  • Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
  • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers, etc
  • Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
  • Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with good garment care
  • Responsible for opening & closing of store daily
