Role OverviewAs a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
What You Will Do
You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. You will also be responsible for customer sales & profit, fashion & trend awareness, team & development, and retail operations/visual & commercial execution.
