Role OverviewThe Department Supervisor is responsible for directing day-to-day shift activities, managing continuous improvement projects, and ensuring machines are running efficiently. The supervisor coordinates production, maintains a motivated workforce, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will identify associate and food safety concerns, initiate internal CAPA, coach and mentor dept. leads, and investigate accidents and incidents. They will also create weekly staffing requirements, communicate updates, and identify quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, be detail-oriented, and have high-level communication skills. They should be able to delegate responsibilities, measure efficiency, and facilitate meetings.
Requirements
- 2 year associate degree or 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment
