Role Overview

The Departmental Budget Analyst will analyze, verify, coordinate, and reconcile Title I budgets to ensure the maximized use of resources. They will collaborate with teachers, administrators, vendors, and the school system's Purchasing and Budget departments to track encumbrances and invoices. The analyst will also prepare and process budget reports on a monthly basis for department administrators and reporting to internal and external agencies.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Departmental Budget Analyst will include analyzing and reconciling Title I budgets, preparing and processing budget reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to track encumbrances and invoices.
