Role OverviewDeployment & Installation Engineer (OCONUS Infrastructure Support Engineer) will provide successful, efficient, and timely execution of all physical deployment and installation activities for hardware and software upgrades across all worldwide consular facilities. This critical support encompasses delivering Server Installation Support Services and executing meticulous Hardware Configuration Management (HCM) for all designated customer configurable items to maintain operational readiness and security across the customer technology infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include ensuring all installations are planned for completion by dedicated onsite teams, providing server installation support services, executing HCM for all configurable items, performing necessary operating system configuration and security fixes, and delivering deployment tracking reports.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of work experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, and CompTIA Server+ or MCSA-equivalent certification.
