Role OverviewThe Deployment Project Coordinator owns strategic deployments from deal close to customer sign-off, serving as the customer's single point of contact and coordinating with sales, procurement, NOC, and field teams. Most projects are multi-site POTS replacement deployments.
What You Will Do
The Deployment Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, take handoff of closed deals, meet with sales to understand the pipeline, coordinate hardware orders, work with the NOC and provisioning team, schedule and direct third-party field vendors, and track deployment status.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will own a growing part of the business, work directly with the Director of Operations, and have a clear path to a Deployment Project Manager role as they take on larger deployments.
