Job Description
UW Credit Union is seeking a Deposit Operations Project Coordinator to enhance their deposit products, services, and technology platforms. This role is a critical hub for project intake, prioritization, tracking, and coordination within the Deposit Operations department, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration. The Coordinator will ensure deliverables are completed accurately and risks are effectively managed.
Requirements
Coordinate and monitor tasks, timelines, and requirements for system releases and departmental processes.
Serve as the liaison between Membership Services and the Enterprise Project Management Office.
Manage the project tracking system and lead department participation in high-impact projects.
Develop and implement change management and communication plans.
Administer assigned business systems and drive process improvement initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices.
Actively engage in UW Credit Union’s DEI initiatives.
