Job Description
UW Credit Union is seeking a Deposit Operations Project Coordinator to enhance their deposit products, services, and technology platforms. This role is a critical hub for project intake, prioritization, tracking, and coordination within the Deposit Operations department, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration. The Coordinator will ensure deliverables are completed accurately and risks are effectively managed.

Requirements

  • Coordinate and monitor tasks, timelines, and requirements for system releases and departmental processes.
  • Serve as the liaison between Membership Services and the Enterprise Project Management Office.
  • Manage the project tracking system and lead department participation in high-impact projects.
  • Develop and implement change management and communication plans.
  • Administer assigned business systems and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices.
  • Actively engage in UW Credit Union’s DEI initiatives.
