Role OverviewAs a Deposit Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our branches and internal teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant deposit operations. This is a fully onsite position based in Luxemburg, WI.
What You Will Do
Process ACH originations, returns, and exceptions while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Administer the debit card program, including fraud review, customer communication, and secure transaction monitoring. Process and approve all wire transfers and handle overdrawn account charge-offs and recoveries.

Requirements
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of banking or relevant financial experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
