Role OverviewThis role supports the credit union and its members by processing ACH and wire transfers, completing deposit-related reports, and ensuring all operational activities follow established procedures and compliance standards. The individual will also be the lead for our courtesy pay program.
What You Will Do
Process ACH and wire payments accurately, research and resolve member and account issues, prepare and maintain required credit union and member records and reports, monitor our member privilege program, and provide support for digital banking channels.
