Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Deposition Attorney to join our Depositions Team. The ideal candidate is a practical litigator who excels at preparing, taking, and defending depositions, and has strong California lemon law and litigation skills.

Requirements

  • Prepare detailed deposition outlines and focused examination plans
  • Take and defend depositions (fact and expert) in lemon law, warranty, and consumer litigation matters
  • Coordinate logistics and exhibits for depositions
  • Draft and review deposition summaries, transcripts, errata, and designations for trial use
  • Work closely with the Trial Team to convert deposition testimony into trial themes, witness strategy, and impeachment material
