Job Description
We’re hiring a skilled Deposition Attorney to join our Depositions Team. The ideal candidate is a practical litigator who excels at preparing, taking, and defending depositions, can craft focused examination outlines, and partners with trial counsel to turn deposition testimony into winning trial strategy.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Proven, hands-on experience taking and defending depositions in civil litigation.
  • Strong command of California civil procedure, evidence, and consumer warranty law (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act a plus).
  • Excellent oral advocacy and witness examination skills.
  • Outstanding legal writing and the ability to produce crisp, persuasive deposition summaries and outlines.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.
