Job Description
SLP is a high-volume consumer lemon law firm dedicated to helping consumers resolve vehicle warranty and defect disputes. We combine tenacious litigation, thoughtful client care, and efficient case management to deliver results. The Depositions Team is an essential part of our trial-focused practice and works closely with our Trial Team to prepare strong, trial-ready cases.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Proven, hands-on experience taking and defending depositions in civil litigation
  • Excellent oral advocacy and witness examination skills
  • Strong legal writing and the ability to produce crisp, persuasive deposition summaries and outlines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
