Job Description
Corpay is seeking a Lead Security Deposit Specialist to maintain accuracy throughout claim files, work with policyholders to resolve disputes and damage claims, and manage tasks and consistency across all files. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work in an office/hybrid environment, providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the team to achieve departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of job-related experience
  • Property Management experience is a plus
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ACT program experience a plus
