Role OverviewThe Deputy Chief Financial Officer will serve as senior budget leader for EOPSS, providing Secretariat-wide leadership for the development, execution, monitoring, and analysis of operating and capital budgets. The incumbent will play a critical role in translating EOPSS policies, priorities, and operational needs into financially sustainable strategies.
What You Will Do
The Deputy CFO will initiate and lead cross-agency budget exercises, develop spending plans, forecast, and resource-allocation strategies, establish spending controls, direct corrective actions, conduct expenditure approvals, and budget adjustments within delegated authority.
