Job Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to support the Chief of Staff in governing the Mayor's office. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Deputy Chief of Staff will oversee key projects and initiatives within the Mayor's office, serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff, and represent the Mayor's office in various settings.
Requirements
Assist the Chief of Staff in developing and implementing strategic plans.
Coordinate with city departments, agencies, and external partners.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects.
Foster collaboration and coordination among city departments and agencies.
Develop and analyze policy and strategic initiatives.
Supervise and mentor staff members.
