Role OverviewThe Deputy Commissioner of Access and Engagement will oversee the agency's portfolio of programs that support New York City's creative workforce and industries. This includes engaging directly with workers, industry stakeholders, unions, training providers, and community-based organizations to understand evolving workforce needs. The Deputy Commissioner will translate these insights into actionable strategies, programs, and policy recommendations that strengthen career pathways and support long-term industry growth.
What You Will Do
The Deputy Commissioner will lead the Programs Team, oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs, events, and grant initiatives, and develop and standardize KPIs across programs to enable cross-program comparison and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
