Job Description
The Deputy Commissioner for Public Information will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Office of Public Information, producing public, inter-agency, and internal communications, and acting as the main point of contact for the media, elected and other government officials, and the public.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Four years of progressively in computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, database administration, planning of data/information processing, user services, or area networks
  • At least 18 months of this experience must have been in an executive, managerial, administrative capacity in the areas of computer application performing these duties
