What You Will Do
Collects court costs, fines, and fees, reconciles transactions, and posts payments to citations. Processes phone, internet, and mail requests, and updates case statuses and flow in court case management systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years' experience in customer service, cashiering, or general office work
- Obtain Level 1 Certification from Texas Court Clerks Certification Program within 18 months of employment
