Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a Deputy Director of Stormwater Resiliency to oversee the Stormwater Resiliency unit, consisting of engineers, landscape architects, inspectors, and project managers. The Deputy Director will be responsible for achieving project and programmatic goals, monitoring schedules and budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • A valid New York State Professional Engineer License
  • Four years of full-time experience in environmental engineering
  • Master's degree in environmental engineering from an accredited college
  • At least one year within the last three years of experience as a major contributor or a project leader on a complex project
