The Deputy Director will aid the DCP Director in managing programs and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with statutory mandates and regulations, and promote continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • Establish and communicate the vision and strategic direction of assigned programs within DCP.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to assigned program teams within DCP.
  • Oversee the daily operations, maintenance and technical support of assigned units.
  • Engage in strategic planning to determine appropriate policies and program priorities.
  • Draft, revise, and finalize policy documents for assigned programs.
