Job Description
The Deputy Director, Educator Leadership will play a critical role in improving the preparation, retention, and effectiveness of principals and teacher leaders across Texas through the design and implementation of leadership preparation strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • At least (5) years of experience in education, including experience as a campus and/or district-level administrator
  • Broad knowledge of Texas education landscape
  • Previous principal experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Strong Foundations, Texas Instructional Leadership, Effective Schools Framework, and Effective District Framework preferred
