Job Description
The Deputy Director, Educator Leadership will improve the preparation, retention, and effectiveness of principals and teacher leaders across Texas through the design and implementation of leadership preparation strategies. The position will require advanced strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, including experience as a campus and/or district-level administrator
  • Previous principal experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Strong Foundations, Texas Instructional Leadership, Effective Schools Framework, and Effective District Framework preferred
