Role OverviewThe Deputy Director for Global Integration Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing, financial management, and technical reporting. They will oversee employees and subcontractors, and work with the customer to define tasks and set expectations. The Senior Intelligence Team Lead will work to maintain the technical/cost/schedule baseline and generate deliverables.
What You Will Do
The candidate will direct the work of employees and subcontractors, assign staff and provide technical direction, and monitor contract, subcontract, and funding. They will also prepare forecasts of program financial performance, develop and deliver required contracts and reports, and assist new staff members in starting work on new tasks.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Poly required
- Expert level experience providing strategic oversight, integration, and coordination across large-scale and diverse intelligence operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Computer Science, Political Science, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
