Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Support Line, providing daily guidance to the Support Line Specialists, and reviewing data on a weekly basis to identify areas of need that require additional support.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, civic or community organization operating in the area of social services
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications for data entry, case management, and communication purposes
  • Previous experience working in child welfare, social services, or crisis intervention is highly desirable
