Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Support Line, providing daily guidance to the Support Line Specialists, and reviewing data on a weekly basis to identify areas of need that require additional support.
Requirements
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
Four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, civic or community organization operating in the area of social services
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in using computers and software applications for data entry, case management, and communication purposes
Previous experience working in child welfare, social services, or crisis intervention is highly desirable
