The Deputy Director of Change Management performs highly advanced (senior-level) managerial work. Work involves leading large-scale transformation efforts by establishing priorities, developing policies and procedures, and creating performance measures to assess progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Six years of full-time experience in program oversight, strategic planning, organizational change, or policy development and implementation.

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Relevant education or advanced degrees may be substituted for experience as appropriate.
