Job Description
DPSCS is seeking a Deputy Director of DPDS Commitment Records to assist the Director in establishing policies, goals, and objectives for the central records unit. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of administrative staff or professional work experience, with 5 years of experience reviewing and interpreting court documents and supervising staff in the Public Safety Sector. The role involves entering data into the Offender Case Management System, processing documents, conducting warrant checks, and disseminating criminal history information to the public and criminal justice agencies.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • Six years of administrative staff or professional work
  • Effective communication with diverse populations
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
