Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation (HPD) is seeking a Deputy Director of Housing Connect to supervise a team of Project Managers and ensure the fair and equitable distribution of affordable rental and homeownership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Supervise a team of Project Managers
  • Provide regular status reports to the Director
  • Ensure programmatic compliance
  • Oversee the marketing of projects
  • Monitor NYC Housing Connect and application lotteries
  • Maintain and update project records
  • Handle inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with other HPD Departments
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external clientele
  • Attend community board meetings and give presentations
