Job Description
Provides direct operational and administrative supervision to Division Managers and other assigned positions, overseeing the operation of the Power & Light Department in day-to-day operations, coordinating union contract negotiations, resolving labor-related issues, and ensuring quality standards and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field
  • Seven or more years of progressively responsible supervisory/management level experience
  • Registered Professional Engineer (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • NIMS level training within first six months of hire
