Job Description
The Deputy Director, Reasonable Accommodations, will oversee the Reasonable Accommodations Unit and manage requests for accommodations based on disability or religion for all members of the service. The position will also work closely with the OEEO Liaison Network and oversee the Department’s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience
  • Supervision of other attorneys for at least 18 months in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity
