Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related science bachelor's or higher degree accepted by TX PELS
- 5 years transportation engineering as a Licensed Professional Engineer (LPE) in planning, location, design, construction, operation and maintenance
- Must have 4 years managerial/supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Licensed Prof Engineer
