Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in managing planning, design and/or construction of large, complex public transit projects
  • 6 years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience
  • Valid Professional Engineer license issued by the State of Washington
  • Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Certification
