Job Description
Boston Financial is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to manage the legal department and deliver a wide range of services to support the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in large law firms representing national and regional developers and lenders of multifamily housing developments.

Requirements

  • Completion of law school with a J.D. degree and admission to the bar of at least one jurisdiction in the United States.
  • At least 10 years of large law firm experience representing national and regional developers and lenders of multifamily housing developments.
  • Experienced understanding of equity investments in affordable housing developments and the federal and state tax credits associated with these developments.
