Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and business-minded attorney to join our Global Product Legal Team as Lead US Product Counsel. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of OKX in the US.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a top law school
  • Admission to practice law in any state in the US
  • 10+ years of experience in product counseling and other financial services regulatory and legal matters, ideally both in-house and at a top law firm
  • Experience engaging with US regulators, including CFTC, SEC and other US federal and state regulators
  • Sound judgment on business practices, internal and external stakeholder relationship management and reputational risk
  • Business-driven and solution-oriented
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, able to cope with tight deadlines
  • Business proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and presentable with excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to approach situations and challenges with a sense of humour
