Job Description
We are a global leader in process and packaging technology, looking for a Deputy General Manager / Senior Manager Quality to maintain and update our QMS, lead internal and external audits, and develop quality visions and strategies.

Requirements

  • QMS: Maintain and update QMS ISO9001:2015 to ensure company wide compliance.
  • Audit Management: Prepare for and lead Internal and External Audits, including Supplier, Customer and Certification Audits.
  • Strategic Quality Leadership: Develop & Implement best practice quality visions, strategies, policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Inspection: Establish and oversee Inspection at various stages i.e. (Incoming, Inprocess and Final Inspection) to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Machinery Directives: Ensure product meets the safety standards as defined in the applicable directives
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Lead investigations into part and product defects, customer/assembly complains using 8D, six sigma, lean tools to ensure preventive actions
  • Development: Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis to ensure a proactive culture so that customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality possible.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with Engineering & Procurement to monitor supplier performance to ensure incoming parts meet specifications.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyze Quality Metrics, report on Key Performance Indicators to Senior Management And manage Quality budgets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives (5S, Suggestion Scheme, Six Sigma) to reduce waste, improve efficiency and enhance product quality. Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team, foster a culture of quality, and conduct performance reviews
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor and manage the Quality team setting clear objectives and performance standards
