Job Description
The Department of Social Services is recruiting for a Deputy Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the human resources needs of the Department. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field and one year of professional experience in human resources, budget administration, or a related area.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
  • One year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in human resources, budget administration, or a related area
  • Ability to work with the budget of a large public or private concern
  • Knowledge of personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management
