Role OverviewThe Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead will support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ, synchronizing task order execution, overseeing operational workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners.
What You Will Do
Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas, coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads, track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics, and support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
