Role OverviewThe Deputy Program Manager will assist the IDIQ Manager in providing comprehensive management support to ensure efficiencies and integration across all IDIQ task orders. The role involves serving as a designated Key Personnel, requiring Government approval for assignment, and acting as the primary backup to the IDIQ Manager for all contract-level coordination.
What You Will Do
The Deputy Program Manager will support nationwide planning, scheduling, and personnel deployment to meet the training needs of the TSA workforce, including Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and Explosives Experts. They will also coordinate the collection of program data to support the delivery of Monthly Financial Summary Reports, Monthly Technical Summary Reports, and GFE/GFP Inventory Reports.

Requirements
- 10 years of practical experience including at least 2 years of experience in managing a major program.
- Extensive Experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts, specifically within training and/or security sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting TSA training and/or security requirements.
- Master’s Degree in a related area
- PMP Certification
- Secret Clearance
