Job Description
The Family Independence Administration (FIA) is recruiting for a Deputy Regional Manager to provide managerial support to individual and/or multiple Job Centers and lead teams in program planning and development meetings. The candidate will review and revise policies, procedures, and forms, and provide guidance and support to staff.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of satisfactory full-time experience performing work related to providing employment related services or economic support services to persons in need
  • At least eighteen months of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
